Duties:
- Be in charge of all accounting, tax, and financial matters.
- Ensure to keep accurate and timely accounting records for all business transactions.
- Maintain the health of the accounting department to meet complex demands for internal accounting, tax reporting, compliance, and planning.
- Take ownership of business processes and monitor them to identify ways to automate manual tasks using existing technologies.
- Monitor assigned tasks until completion, including documenting requirements, configuration, testing, and debugging.
- Consolidate data to make analysis and planning more efficient.
- Improve reporting capabilities to enhance the ability to evaluate risk and capitalize on opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the company operations team to measure, track, and resolve unexpected chargebacks to enhance financial health and operation efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Six years of experience in accounting or tax-related occupations.
